What sets you apart from other djs?
Competence and experience! We take pride in our ability to read a room/crowd and play the music that best suits the ambiance. Our extensive history of providing services for all age groups (kids - seniors) equips us with the experience, music, and skills essential to guarantee a great time for everyone!
what is your style?
We are open format DJs which means we are well versed with multiple genres of music and can move seamlessly between them. Adaptability is critical as an event DJ.
Should I expect one dj/mc or do you work in teams?
Unless otherwise indicated/required, just one DJ/MC from Divergence Entertainment LLC will be assigned and dispatched to your event. Occasionally, a DJ assistant will attend.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes for all private events (weddings, parties, etc). To hold your date, a minimum payment must be made. We require a non-refundable 20% deposit.
For municipality/government funded events, no deposit is required.

How early do you come to set up?
For weddings, we arrive 2 - 2.5 hours before our contracted start time.
For all other events, we arrive 1 - 1.5 hours before contracted start time.
We never charge for set-up or tear-down time.

what do you wear?
We dress appropriately for the occasion and we are happy to accommodate client requests!
